As an authorized dealer, Scratch Golf:

• Processes warranty claims and returns in accordance with manufacturer policies

All products sold by Scratch Golf are new and in original packaging unless explicitly described as refurbished or open-box. Any deviation from new condition will be clearly noted in the product listing.

4. Pricing and Availability

Pricing Disclaimers

Price Changes: Scratch Golf reserves the right to change product prices at any time without notice. Price changes apply only to new orders placed after the change. If a price changes after you place an order but before we process payment through Shopify, the new price will apply unless you cancel and reorder.

Pricing Errors: In the event of a clear pricing error on the Site (such as a decimal point error or typo), Scratch Golf reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the payment. We will not be obligated to honor pricing errors that are demonstrably incorrect.

Availability

5. Orders and Checkout

Payment Processing: Payment processing is handled by Shopify. By submitting an order, you authorize Shopify to process your payment information. Your payment will not be processed unless you complete the entire Shopify checkout process.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation of your order. This confirmation includes order details, shipping information, and tracking updates. It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is accurate during checkout.

Cancellation: You may cancel an order before it ships by contacting support@shopscratchgolf.com immediately. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed after payment processing has been initiated. Once an order has been dispatched for shipment by our fulfillment partner or manufacturer, it cannot be cancelled.

Manufacturer Warranty: For warranty claims related to product defects, you should contact the manufacturer directly. Scratch Golf will facilitate warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer policies, but Scratch Golf assumes no liability for product defects or performance issues. 9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Governing Law: These Terms of Service and all matters arising out of or related to your use of the Scratch Golf Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
